I am Paula! A Goal Crushing Business Consultant – specializing in Strategic Marketing and Business Development, with over 10+ years of corporate advertising experience. I studied International Marketing in Rome, Italy and have a passion for travel and marketing. My years of experience with global brands, give me the unique ability to understand how to connect brands and consumers in a meaningful way.

I started my career in Media as a Planner and Buyer for Bank of America at Starcom, part of the Publicis Group. Working for BOA, I learned to work with global markets from Singapore to Colombia, and the appropriate ways of leading different markets. I quickly learned the global media landscape and grew within Starcom. I shifted into a national US role with Kellogg’s. There, I managed Kellogg’s Snacks and Frozen Food brands like Keebler Cookies, Cheez-It, Pop-Tarts, Morning Star Foods, Kashi, Mother’s Cookies, etc. I later shifted to Tapestry, a sister agency to Starcom, that manages multicultural accounts. At Tapestry, managed P&G’s hair care brands; Pantene, Herbal Essences, and Clairol. Working on P&G gave me an insatiable passion for all things digital. I launched the first Spanish Mobile App for P&G and the first A/B in-language optimized ad for iAd. 

I was incredibly lucky to have met the love of my life at Starcom, Chicago. Soon after we would be over joyed at the news of the arrival of our daughter, Sofia. We then decided to move our growing family from Chicago to Miami to be closer to my family. While my husband continued to work at Starcom, I wanted to swim exclusively in the digital pool, and started to work for Teads as Head of Mobile. At Teads I assisted in shifting the company from desktop ads to mobile ads, while working with premium publishers and world known brands like Mercedes-Benz, Samsung, Pepsi, Chanel, etc. 

After having having my son, Max, I decided to launch my own consulting firm and founded IQ Media Group. I have consulted for brands like Marriott, Universal, Just Amy, Earth’s Hemp, and agencies like Nobox. As well as coaching and consulting entrepreneurs, and assisting them in accountability, organization, and overall brand development. 

Through my years in advertising, I have built lasting relationships with all my partner vendors, like Facebook, Google, Teads, CNN, ESPN, Telemundo, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, New York Times, Bloomberg, Forbes, Televisa, MOAT, People, Rolling Stones, Disney, Pandora, Instyle, TIME, The Washington Post, The Economist and many more “in-market” publishers. 

My years of experience and the education I received by working with global brands give me the unique ability to understand how to connect brands and consumers in a meaningful way. 

I now live in New Zealand and have clients all over the world. I get to do the two things I enjoy the most. Traveling and marketing!
